VASILII ȘOVA
Is currently the Reintegration Adviser to Moldova’s President Igor Dodon. Mr. Șova has had a
long and distinguished career in the public sector and is a universally respected regional
authority on conflict resolution. A member of the Moldovan parliament who signed the
Declaration of Independence on August 27, 1991, Mr Sova went on to work as a Deputy Foreign
Minister and Moldova’s Ambassador to China. He served as the Minister for Reintegration and
the Chief Negotiator for the Transnistrian conflict from 2002 to 2009 under President V.Voronin,
and was a member of the Moldovan Parliament from 2009 until 2014. In June – November 2019
