Business consultant Iolanta Mura met with the participants of the program \u201cTransnistrian Dialogues: Women’s edition\u201d, during the webinar \u201cThe Power of Personal Brand\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDespite the fact that personal branding is a relatively new phenomenon, it has long been no longer the exclusive domain of celebrities and politicians! Each of us is unique, and everyone can reinvent themselves, including for the general public.<\/p>\n

Personal branding opens up new horizons and brings additional opportunities. Clients, colleagues, employees, employers, and your followers begin to trust you. This trust, believe it or not, increases your income, propels you up the career ladder, restores your confidence and boosts your self-esteem\u201d, – says Iolanta.<\/p>\n

The webinar speaker gave an example of how accessible personal branding is today.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou already have social networks, when you are not in the room, they say something about you, and Mr. Google can also give out something about you. So, the only question is whether you want to let your reputation live its own life or decide to control this narrative\u201d, – the expert noted.<\/p>\n

Iolanta Mura added that a personal brand is a significant investment: time, emotion, effort, and often money.<\/p>\n

\u201cHave you made up your mind? Well then, you have to become a bit of a marketer and a bit of a sociologist. But most importantly, be yourself, as the rest of the roles have already been sorted out\u201d, – the expert concluded.<\/p>\n

The program \u201cTransnistrian Dialogues: Women\u2019s Edition\u201d includes a group of women from both banks of the Dniester. During this autumn, they meet weekly on the online platform ZOOM, to participate in thematic seminars, organized by IPIS.<\/p>\n

The programme is implemented with the support of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland and Belgian Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.<\/em><\/p>\n
