The aim was to involve the ethnically and geopolitically divided population of Moldova and its minorities into a debate on the self-understanding and the value system of a future Moldovan nation and accordingly formulate policy recommendations, since a successful reform policy within the context of the EU Association process cannot be achieved without a successful nation-building process.
